Opportunity to meet your doula and discuss what your dream birth looks like.
Virtual through zoom or FaceTime or in person at your favorite coffee shop.

HOME - HOSPITAL - BIRTH CENTER

Includes:

MONTHLY prenatal visits to discuss your ideal birth and create a birth plan that best suits you. This includes birth education, breastfeeding, and new baby care.
Continuous education and support through phone, text and email.
Holly will remain on call once you reach 37 weeks.
Unlimited physical and emotional support throughout labor and birth.
Help your partner feel more involved and connected to the laboring individual.
Holly will remain with you for a minimum of 2 hours after your baby arrives to help you with breastfeeding and ensure you are comfortable.
2 follow-up postpartum visit within two weeks of the birth.
Letter for reimbursement claim.

POSTPARTUM DOULA

INVESTMENT $50 per hour, no minimum

Opportunity to meet your doula and discuss what your postpartum needs might look like.

Postpartum doulas provide families information and support on infant feeding, emotional and physical recovery from childbirth, infant soothing, and coping skills for new parents. They might also help with light housework, fix a meal and help incorporate an older child into this new experience.

Holly was an amazing doula and general prenatal/postnatal resource. I moved across the country to NSB 20 weeks pregnant, so Holly was my main source of support in the area. She was so kind and helped me through some early labor scares and difficulties with grace and patience. She knew the hospital system and seemed to have everything I needed during the birth process. It was my second birth and my first experience in another state was extremely stressful so this birth was very redeeming for me. I’ve kept Holly in my life because she is someone you want to keep around. I’m forever grateful she was part of my experience and if we ever have a third she will be the first person we’d call on.

This was by far my favorite and she was a huge part in that. She had pain management techniques that were incredibly helpful. She was kind and provided support through the whole labor. Holly was truly one of the most important and best people to have in my support system during my first pregnancy! She was kind, honest, supportive, and genuinely caring from the moment I met her. And she was SO helpful in the hospital - not only did she advocate for us and calm my nerves the whole time, but the hospital staff adored her! She knew exactly what to say and do to be helpful, but also collaborate with the nurses/doctors. I can’t imagine anyone better to ensure my husband and I were informed and excited to bring home our little girl. I will always remember that time in our lives with joy, and Holly was a huge part of that. If I get pregnant again she’ll be one of the first people we call to do it all over again!

YOUR EMPOWERED BIRTH

This immersive birth prep course has been carefully curated to equip you with the tools, resources and confidence to have the empowered birth you desire. Whether you’re birthing unmedicated at home, at a birth center or with or without medication in the hospital, this class is for you. I've offered guidance to families from first-time to seventh-time parents. Classes are held in home for a warm and welcoming space which allows us to dig deep as we talk about the raw and real aspects of birth.

This course is offered as a private single-day in-person class or private virtual class. Topics we’ll cover but are not limited to choosing your ideal birth team and environment, hormones at play in labor, birth choices, understanding hospital inductions, preparing for labor, stages of labor, what to pack, labor tools, what to expect in delivery and postpartum, partner involvement, coping and comfort techniques and more! I also provide you and your partner with dozens of helpful PDFs infused with my years of doula experience that will continue to support you beyond the class. I am dedicated to raising the bar for better birth outcomes, and it starts here with the right education.

ABOUT HOLLY

Holly lives in New Smyrna Beach with her family, her husband Todd and their daughter Emerson. Holly is an empath that has always been interested in helping others, first with a career in teaching prenatal yoga which expanded into birth support. Certified as a Prenatal Yoga teacher in 2016. A lactation consultant in 2018 and a Doula in 2020. Holly strives to support women and families in need of emotional, physical, and spiritual support before during and after delivery.
