$2000 in person doula support

• In-home or virtual prenatal visits 
• Discussion of labor, birth, & newborn care including preparation & options
• Birth Plan dialogue & assistance creating a written plan
• Demonstration of comfort measures & positions for labor/birth
• Phone, text & email support throughout pregnancy 

• 24/7 on-call availability throughout early labor
• Unlimited, continuous in-person support through labor & birth at home or hospital or birth center - including relaxation & massage, breath work, informational support, emotional support.
• Built-in backup support from another pre-screened doula as needed in emergency 

• Immediate postpartum, bonding and infant feeding support at home, hospital or birth center
• In-home postpartum support visit within 10 days after birth 

VIRTUAL DOULA 

I am available for you throughout your birth window and available by text, phone, and FaceTime from the time you hire me until two weeks postpartum.

You’ll have someone in your corner to help you:
