Led by a professional birth and postpartum doula, this childbirth education class provides evidence-based education, hands-on comfort techniques, and real-life insight to help you feel prepared and empowered for labor, birth, and the early postpartum period.

THIS CLASS IS AVAILABLE IN A GROUP SETTING AT BEACHSIDE MIDWIFERY IN PORT ORANGE

EVERY FIRST MONDAY OF THE MONTH

This infant feeding class is taught by a birth and postpartum doula who is also a Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC) and Certified Breastfeeding Specialist (CBS). You’ll receive evidence-based education and compassionate support to help you feel confident feeding your baby—whether breastfeeding, combination feeding, or bottle feeding.

THIS CLASS IS AVAILABLE IN A GROUP SETTING AT BEACHSIDE MIDWIFERY IN PORT ORANGE

EVERY SECOND MONDAY OF THE MONTH

This new baby care class is taught by an experienced birth and postpartum doula and is designed to help you feel confident and prepared as you care for your newborn. You’ll learn practical, real-life skills and evidence-based guidance for the early days at home with your baby.

Preparing for your baby’s arrival can feel exciting, overwhelming, and full of questions. This Childbirth Education Class, taught by Holly Janda, Doula, is designed to help you and your partner feel more informed, confident, and prepared for the birth experience.Together, you’ll learn about: The stages of labor
 Comfort measures and coping techniques
 How partners can provide meaningful support
 Creating a birth plan
 What to expect during the first hour after birth Whether this is your first baby or you simply want a refresher, this is a space to learn, ask questions, and prepare for birth together.
