• Stages + phases of labour
• An understanding of pain and discomfort in labour
• Coping techniques and comfort measures for labour
• Labour and birthing positions 
• Medical Interventions (i.e. epidurals, inductions, etc.)
• Cesarean Births 
• Advocacy in the birth space
• Breastfeeding
• What to expect immediately after birth
• Your newborn in the first 48 hours
• Postpartum healing and recovery

GROUP CLASSES AND PRIVATE CLASSES ARE SCHEDULED AS NEEDED

BREASTFEEDING 101

2 HOURS TOTAL, 1 session

INVESTMENT $100

Topics include:

• how breastfeeding works
• proper latch and position
• how long and how often to feed
• baby's feeding cues
• signs that baby is getting enough
• breast care and comfort
